Buckwheat Tagliatelle 250g
Cholesterol-free paste rich in flavonoids. Tatra flour paste is made from buckwheat flour as well as durum flour.
The pasta does not contain cholesterol and is very low in fat and energy.
Additional information: 100g of paste per 1 liter of water and cooking time 5 minutes

Ingredients: Durum (durum wheat), buckwheat flour 22%, wheat flour, wheat bran

Recipe:
400g Mlinotest buckwheat flour for tagliatelle
300g celery root
1 tablespoon flour
1.5 dl of milk
4 teaspoons grated non-fat cheese
1 teaspoon Kanaki olive oil
1/2 white onion
salt, pepper, nutmeg

Preparation time 20 minutes:
wash celery root, chop and boil in salted water to which is added a tablespoon of flour. Due to this, the color of the celery is preserved. If the celery is soft / tender, add milk and pre-caramelized onions. Add salt, pepper, grated nutmeg and remaining flour. Then mix everything. Pour the mixture into the oven pot, mix thoroughly until boiling and lift off the hob. Place the prepared buckwheat flour paste on the sauce and mix. Sprinkle with grated cheese and black pepper. Place the pot in the oven and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted.
